Referral Terms

Client Case Study

Client agrees to participate in a case study upon successful delivery of the services described in this Statement of Work.

The case study will be developed by Northfork and will be subject to Client’s prior written approval before publication, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Testimonial

Client agrees to provide a brief testimonial about their experience working with Northfork, which may be used in marketing materials, on the website, or in promotional content. The testimonial content will be drafted by Northfork and approved by the Client prior to publication.

Reference Calls

Client agrees to participate in up to [12] reference calls a year with prospective customers of Northfork upon reasonable notice and scheduling.

Logo and Name Usage

Client grants Northfork the right to use its name and logo on website, marketing materials, and sales presentations to indicate that Client is a customer.
