Northfork at #eShowMadrid: Driving Consumer Innovation through Recipe Shopping
On October 16th, we were thrilled to have our Head of Partnerships, Valentine Delbauffe, represent Northfork at the Retail Media Show hosted by Publicis Commerce at #eShowMadrid. It was an exciting opportunity to share the stage with some of the biggest names in the retail and consumer goods industries, and to highlight how Northfork is transforming the way consumers interact with food products and plan their purchases.
Recipe Shopping: A Game-Changer for Consumers
As part of the keynote presentation, we introduced Recipe Shopping—a major consumer innovation that’s reshaping the food and grocery industry. Recipe Shopping revolutionizes the traditional shopping experience by allowing consumers to seamlessly add ingredients from a recipe directly to their shopping cart. This innovation bridges the gap between inspiration and purchase, making it easier than ever for consumers to plan meals and buy the right products.
The response from the audience was overwhelmingly positive, and it’s clear that this approach taps into a growing demand for more convenience, personalization, and relevance in the shopping experience. By helping retailers deliver curated recipes and simplify the shopping process, we’re not just improving the experience for consumers but also opening new opportunities for retailers and brands to drive sales and engagement.
Round Table Insights: Personalization, Experiences, and Innovation
Northfork was also honored to join a round table discussion with industry giants like Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Mondelez International, Grupo Varma, and Grupo DIA. The discussion centered on the key innovations that are shaping the future of retail and consumer engagement.
One of the standout themes was the increasing importance of personalization. Personalizing offers and recommendations based on consumer preferences is becoming a vital lever for brands and retailers to improve the relevance of the products they offer. By leveraging data, retailers can create tailored experiences that resonate deeply with individual shoppers, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
Another key takeaway was the power of offering experiences beyond products. As consumers become more discerning, brands and retailers are focusing on delivering holistic, 360-degree experiences that go beyond a simple transaction. Whether through immersive in-store events, digital engagement, or a seamless blend of online and offline interactions, these experiences are key to building stronger, more meaningful connections with consumers.
A True Collaboration of Innovation
It was a real pleasure for Northfork to participate in this discussion and share our perspective on the future of retail. We’re grateful to José Luis Ferrero and the team at Publicis Groupe España for the invitation and the opportunity to collaborate with such innovative thinkers across the industry. These conversations are essential as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in retail.
As we look to the future, Northfork remains committed to driving innovation through Recipe Shopping and helping retailers create more personalized, frictionless shopping experiences for their customers. We’re excited to see how these trends evolve and are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation in retail.
Thank you to all who participated, and we look forward to continuing this conversation and leading the way in consumer-driven retail innovation.
