Erik Wallin

Leading global recipe shopping firm Northfork has appointed José Namén as its Vice President of Product. The appointment comes as Northfork expands its client base into new regions around the globe.
Northfork Co-founder Erik Wallin comments:
"We are delighted to welcome José to this important role. His experience and passion for the Northfork product will be invaluable in helping even more retailers and publishers discover the benefits of our innovative recipe shopping solutions."
A wealth of experience
José's experience includes over a decade at the heart of the digital/recipe space. At Northfork, he will be working with clients to ensure they get the best out of the company's products and features. He will also lead on the product roadmap, developing new, client-driven and market-driven functionalities in line with evolving tech. All while remaining customer-obsessed, of course. Passionate about culture and leadership, he will support Northfork's international growth, as well as the evolution of the product range and client experience.
A key time for online retailers
The appointment comes at a critical time for the online grocery sector. Retailers are seeking to capitalise on the growth in home delivery and click and collect services that occurred during the pandemic. Increasing customer loyalty is key to this and this is where Northfork comes in. New VP of Product José Namén comments:
"Northfork's product is a key tool for retailers and publishers who want to increase customer loyalty. By making recipe shopping more convenient, Northfork drives up brand loyalty and increases conversion rates. This is precisely what retailers need to drive successful, long-term customer commitment. I'm looking forward to supporting Northfork's clients to achieve outstanding value from the company's products."
