The Delivery Manager ensures the successful completion of all onboarding related projects and also oversees the people performing work on the projects from start to finish, managing and motivating the project members and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.
It includes planning, scheduling, execution, delivery, driving and overseeing the deliveries from the sales organisation towards our new and existing clients, as well as securing technical onboarding and prepare the handover to Customer Success / Sales.
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our Product team as Service Delivery Manager. The responsibilities of this manager include onboarding and guiding new clients to achieve their first success with our products, and have new features integrated with ease with existing clients.
This is a cross-functional role, in close connection with our Sales and Tech organisation, reporting to the VP of Product currently on parental leave, so reporting will be done to the CEO.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch Delivery Manager should have good communication and decision-making skills.
Northfork is hybrid-remote with placement in Stockholm.
